This is a great time of the year when there are a number of marathons happening in various countries. The sports activity of marathon has become extremely popular in a couple of years due to the active involvement of the people. As most of the people are beginners and are running their first ever marathon, they are unaware of the marathon tips and tricks.
Marathon is not just to run with a group of people. It rather requires complete training and practice to conduct the marathon in the best manner.
